Kangaroo steak sandwich $16
Kangaroo Steak, marinated in Bundy and coke, cooked to medium-rare, served in a warm roll with dressed salad leaves and Melbourne Bitter braised onions. Served with chips.
Rissole Sandwich $15
The Sweetwater’s juicy Waygu blend rissole. Dipped in rich gravy and topped with melted cheese. Served on soft white bread with chips and salad.
Fishermans Basket $16
Crispy Fosters battered flathead, Calamari, Crumbed Prawns and Soft Shell Crab Served with chips, salad and green aioli.
Winter Ale Braised Beef Cheeks $20
Beef Cheeks braised in Monteiths “Doppelbock” Winter Ale. Served on a bed of creamy garlic mash with sautéed kale.
‘Shans Grans’ Curried Sausages $18
Thick sausages cooked in a spicy curried gravy, with fresh green apples and vegetables, served with creamy mash and sautéed garlic green beans.
Cider and Chilli Mussels $18
Fresh mussels, cooked in a spicy chilli and cider broth and served in a billy can with a side of damper.
Chip Buttie with the LOT $14
Soft burger bun, buttered then stacked with crispy chips, bacon, beetroot, a fried egg and melted cheese. Topped with tomato sauce and a pickled onion.
